"Friendly staff, decently clean rooms. Comfortable size for cost in the Banff area but some updates needed like new mattress for sofa bed. All water faucets were caked with calcium build up and the carpeted areas needed a vaccum but otherwise clean. Pool was clean with hot tub inside and outside. Pet friendly and provided dog bed, toys, and bowl which is appreciated considering you're getting something for the fee being pet paid. Thanks. "

"Our room was not cleaned properly prior to checking us in. The tub had dirt and hair in it, and the sink had toothpaste dried all over it. The sheets were not changed. After notifying front desk they sent someone up with a rag and cleaning spray who cleaned the tub/sink. They did nothing about the sheets.. We had to wait until the next morning to ask one of the cleaners to please change over the bedding. Front desk did not seemed concerned about this at all.we will not be staying at this location again. "

Sent text message (as instructed) to their c/s (bot) gave me generic unhelpful response, tried more detailed information- same response. After driving 11 hours straight - I wanted food, a bath and sleep. So I slept with balcony door partly open to cool room down. "
