The location was great. Could not figure how to turn the heat off and couldn’t keep the window open due to people on the adjacent room partying all night,

This place was used for a business trip and we booked four rooms for staff. The complaints were numerous regarding the stay, the conditions of the rooms, beds, not clean, poorly maintained, old and outdated. We will NOT be using this hotel again and will recommend to our other business associates to not use it.

This hotel is ok. Services are limited. Check in and check out times are specified, no 24h staff is available. But the price is lower than other full service hotels. Parking is available in another building.

There was not independent temperature control in the room and the hotel room was extremely hot. Water pressure was minimal and the bathroom lacked functionality. The hotel seemed clean but had very old features, fixtures, and amenities.

Good place for affordable price & good location. The parking was useful. The front desk staff wasn’t always present when we had questions.

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was neat and clean and kept that way over 4 nights stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The tea / coffee maker was kept ready for use and the fridge was a decent size for use. I would stay there again.

I picked this hotel because it was cheap, even though it was more expensive than the MUCH nicer hotel I stayed at last year. The staff were NEVER around. There are zero amenities in this hotel. The staff acted inconvenienced and annoyed when I requested a couple of extra towels. Also, when we arrived, our sheets were stained and our bathroom was dirty. The light bulbs were burnt out in our room.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Bed was worn right out, checking in no one at desk had to call them to come down, tv sucked temperature control useless, paid $500 for the night and I wouldn’t pay $50 for a night there again.

Pros: Location was awesome in the center of everything. Free parking saves you $60/day downtown Banff. Cons: Room was very hot but they insisted the heat was not on, one window could not open properly. Shampoo dispenser broken. Lots of noise from hallways and you can hear next door alarm go off early in the morning.

Rooms are badly maintained with gross shower curtains, dirty bedding, and yellowish towels. Tolerable for a one-night layover stay, but definitely not for any longer. The bathroom's soap dispensers had the conditioner torn out and the room and carpet had a musty smell.

Old hotel. The only thing going for this place is the location. Queen bed was made with double sheets twin beds were made with single sheets.. shower was from 1970s. The mattress has in my opinion died at least 20 years ago.. staff unsure of a lot of things( for example online it promised outside parking but there’s no such thing) this place is definitely not worth $500 a night maybe $100 a night is appropriate for these rooms in this building

The location was excellent but the hotel itself was not well maintained. Our room has items left from another guest and it hadn’t been dusted in a while. It also did not have air conditioning.
