「Staff were great」

「The Hot breakfast is offered to late to accommodate guest that start to travel early, 8 am. There was a continental breakfast offered at 7:30 am」

「Apartment located near a high street, no matter we could buy food to cook or dine out were very convenience. Room is neat and tidy.Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a cosy place to stay.」

「Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option...

「早歺食品種類少，供應之食物：麵包唔新鮮，煙火腿有異味，可能已經變壞，要求跟進未有改善，下次可能再考慮入住，原因是晚歺餐廳職員專業，食物質素高，交通方便」

「Hotel was beautiful and rooms were very clean. The beds were really comfortable. Only downside was our room wasn't ready until after 4.30pm, we had to ask a few times. Breakfast was beautiful but chaotic. The hot food bar remained empty for lengthy periods and everyone was standing waiting for food to arrive.」

「Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice.」

「Had a great stay. Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. Very clean.」

「Good location, friendly and efficient service, rich breakfast」

「Clean but not so nice. Very old and creaky. Wish I would have noticed, NO elevator!」

「浴室僅提供沐浴洗髮雙效乳，其他牙刷牙膏要自備。地點，服務都蠻好的，覺得方便舒適。」

「Lovely place」

「在最後一天晚上，隔離兩個房間很嘈吵，引至不能入睡。 其他大至上都很好」
