「Interesting place to stay. Front desk was helpful. Was looking forward to dinner but was disappointed. Drinks took over 1/2 hour to receive and were never once asked again if we wanted any more drinks. An hour and a half before we received our food. After finishing food we were left waiting half an hour. Would have ordered dessert and more drinks if offered the chance. 2 hour ordeal after a long travel day was very frustrating. Their loss as we opted to eat elsewhere the rest of our stay.」

「This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Ireland. Everyone was nice. The room and views were amazing. Loved having a nice restaurant right downstairs, so we didn't have to leave in bad weather for food. The location was close to the train station to ride into Belfast. The area has plenty of shopping and dining, so you could easily stay for a few days without being bored. I would 100% stay again!」

「The hotel decor was second to none. Very friendly staff and nothing was too bother. Only criticism was other residents coming back in the early hours very loud outside our room. They woke me up and struggled to sleep after. However, not the hotel/staff fault and happily return 」
