"This hotel is amazing! Clean room, has AC, staff was amazing and Don Javi(security) was super nice and helpful and amazing! Perfect beach view and cool bar!"

"They make you sign a contract: if you stain the sheets, towels, or anything else, you’ll be charged. So I walked into the room and I checked before anything and sure enough, the towels and bed had stains. I called reception so they could come and change. I was at the beach ans when I came back The room was flooded with poop like everything came from the toilet my bags were on the floor and got wet and dirty. I asked to speak to the management, but they were nowhere to be found. They did not have hot water either. It was just a mess."

"Beautiful Property! The rooms are cute and comfortable. The pool & bar/restaurant are great. Small, but all you need. The food is yummy. The location is good... 2 blocks to main st in town, and 2 blocks to the beach. Easy to walk anywhere. We had a great time here and even extended our stay by another 5 days. Especially appreciated Sebastian. He was so helpful and always had a big smile on his face and suggestion to make our trip more fun!"

"Great hotel, great room, great staff. I would 100% stay here again, our room was so nice and the plunge pool and daybed made it even better. It's not too far from town, so walking isn't a big deal. The only thing I would say is the food isn't amazing, it's not bad but you can walk into town and get a better (cheaper) meal. The welcome cocktail was lovely though. Really beautiful hotel and they let us check in early which was great."

"There was no airport shuttle offered. Check in was very very slow. We had to ask twice for them to get another person to help with the line. We got room 12 which was right next to the lobby. We paid for a double room with partial ocean view. This room was the worst in the hotel and no ocean view unless you leaned out over the railing of the balcony you could see a sliver of ocean. Glenda the manager suggested we move to a king room and pay extra per night but instead we saw online that there was another double available on the second floor and asked to move there for the same price per night. She moved us after the first night to room 24 which was much better. However, her front staff were not helpful whatsoever in this move or accommodating as we had to ask several times to speak with the manager in the first place. Hotel was clean and the second room was comfortable. However be prepared for obsessively loud music next door from 8am to 11pm with base that makes the room shake. We had to sleep with AirPods and brown noise to drown out the music. Also, the music at the beach club of this resort is also way too loud. We asked them to turn it down numerous times to which they did for an hour or so. Zero service at the pool. Some service at the beach but not attentive. Sadly we will not be back."
