The rooms were very outdated, and they never sent me the pdf with the rules. It never was mentioned we couldn't have guest in our room and were rudely told when we had someone who wanted to visit us. The women working in the front desk were rude and couldn't even say good morning. The only pleasant employee was the older gentlemen.

Muy bien ubicado, hay restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia alrededor, la comida del hotel es buena, y buenas albercas, y es un plus que está frente a la playa. Solo tuvimos un tema con el agua caliente de la regadera, nunca salió, pero con el calor que hace, no se siente al 100% que está taaan fría. Fuera de eso, muy buen hotel. :)

Es un hotel bien ubicado, pasamos una noche mala porque frente al Hotel hay antros y se escuchaba la música muy fuerte dentro de las habitaciones de todo el hotel, estaba en una habitación al fondo y aún así se escuchaba fuerte, no lo recomiendo si tú viajes es de jueves a lunes que es cuando los antros están más activos, el recepcionista de la noche muy amable y atento, la de la mañana olvidadiza y poca atención, no lo recomiendo pero si pasas la noche aquí que no sea en los días mencionados

Nos encanto todo, la amabilidad y empatia de Lucero, la piscina los niños la disfrutaron mucho, y la comida en las mañanas los desayunos los hicimlos en la cafeteria del restaurant y muy buenos, tiene tiendas cerquita que son 24 horas.
