"Arrival and check in was effortless and everyone was very nice, we arrived around 930 and check in is actually not until 3pm.We received a temporary card and the suitcases were kept for us. We were able to enjoy all anemities right away. Room was ready by noon. Loved the lay out of the room and the decor. The fridge was filled daily and room service appeared to come through twice a day. Pools were great, and the kiddy pools were awesome. The beach is amazing and nice unfortunately though the area is NOT swimable. For me that is a turn off but considering pretty much most of the whole Los Cabos/ Cabo San Lucas coastline is pretty much not swimable due to the currents. Everyone who works at the resort and who we encountered was very nice, accommodating and pleasant. Food was decent some foods on the buffet could have been changed out more often. But for the most part there was plenty to eat and snack. Enjoyed breakfast at the ocean restaurant. It was a little more intimate and cooked to order. "

"Best hotel ever! We have no words to describe how wonderful our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos was. First, the food is another level! Not your typical all inclusive food. The room… just wow The personnel, so sweet and nice! The environment… again… wow The installations, beautiful. I have to mention that we payed extra to be part of The Reserve (VIP) and it was totally worth it. We are planing on coming again to Paradisus next year! "

"Arrived around 12:30 and could not get our room till 3:00 which was ok. But we were checked in at 12:30 and when 3:00 came around we had to find our own room. Which was a bit confusing. We had to call the front desk to get room amenities that never showed up at all during our stay. We were asked to leave a restaurant at lunch because we were told we were in violation of the dress code. This is fine but we were already seated at the time. We felt we were not dressed any different than anyone else. This was a pool side restaurant. We felt uncomfortable and left the property to have our lunch at the marina. The entertainment staff (in our opinion) pokes fun at guest it’s all in fun but makes us uncomfortable. Thousands of people pass through the resort every year, most will never return, we will be one of them "
