「The rooms were clean but way too noisy. Insulation in the walls is non existent. I asked for an extra pillow and blanket, only to be met with the front desk person telling me there’s 4 pillows already and asking if we had an extra person, to which I responded that no, I have back problems and get cold. Parking is easy and right below the rooms. Pool and jacuzzi look clean. Checked out early because of noise, was not offered my money back despite having checked out two nights early. 」
