「First the staff were wonderful. However, the hotel is very dated. The breakfast was very average and it finished too early at 10am. The pool bar only served lunch for 1.5hrs so there were no food options except for soggy sandwiches and small premade pizzas. No room service, no coffee in the room. Air conditioner broke. We booked this hotel because it had beach access so that helped but I would not stay again.」

「Exceeded expectations for an airport hotel (10 min walk from airport), though the air conditioning would not go colder than 21.5C (roughly 70F) and there was a fee for ice. The breakfast was superb and we even got a morning swim in the very clean pool.」

「Boutique hotel outside Porto Rotondo. Everything was 5 stars here, except for the AC in our room that was a little old and couldn’t keep up with the summer high temperatures.
