The front desk staff went absolutely above and beyond. 4 of us (2 couples) were staying here for less than 18 hours in between trips. I accidentally booked Friday night, when we were staying Saturday night. There was “no room left in the inn.” However, the women running the desk figured out a way to make it work. They were able to put us in an “apartment” which was a bedroom and then a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed. Beds for all 4! Best part, they didn’t charge us extra for the mistake. Such wonderful customer service. Breakfast was excellent too!! Not a fancy hotel by any means, but when you get excellent customer service, doesn’t matter. Thank you staff! 😘

I was very happy with our stay. Service is amazing, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel and our room were really clean. Also, parking is free and location is super convenient. Loved it , would come back again!

Perfect home away from home

The hotel is fabulous, the room was spotless and the pool facilities were perfect for what we wanted. The only thing I would have liked was possibly a bar service for coffees but this wasn't major as there were plenty of cafes surrounding the hotel.

A lovely peaceful holiday. I brought my daughter after she finished her A levels and I could not have picked a better place to relax with her. Hotel was very clean; staff were very friendly; breakfast very tasty and many options to choose; beds soft and comfortable; roof top pool amazing - great view and very relaxing with chilled music. Beach was a 10 min walk. Beach bus (to other beaches) and airport bus (514) easy access outside hotel. Really appreciated the shower room after checkout as we had an evening flight. Thankyou for a wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay at Residence Port San Paolo! The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and bright. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and the breakfast was so good with a variety of choices. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the welcome drink. We were a family of 6 and had two rooms. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this hotel and wished we booked for a longer stay. You will not be disappointed.

Just returned from a two week stay at this lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned daily and was spotless. The pool area is lovely with a fantastic view with drinks and snacks available from the bar. We ate dinner in the restaurant a few nights which was very nice. My only very small issues are there weren’t enough coat hangers (although more were provided when I asked) and there wasn’t a mirror in the bedroom. Having said that I would stay here again without hesitation.

Amazing rooftop swimming pool. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were excellent size and very clean. Breakfast was really nice. On the negative side, we didn’t have WiFi for 4 days - this seemed an ongoing issue for anyone new arriving at the hotel. And the location is ok but not exactly idyllic as on quite a busy road and limited dining options within walking distance.

This was the perfect place to stay while in Olbia. Having your own kitchen and dining area was a great touch. Laura was exceptional with her services to help accommodate us with anything. The area is filled with lots of restaurant options and having bikes to rent free of charge really helped getting around the island and exploring the beaches. The only thing the room was missing was a full length mirror and a few more english options on the TV. We would definitely visit again.

The staff was absolutly amazing. We had issues getting to the hotel and arrived after the staff had already left. They left all the information that was needed to check in without them in a message on WhatsApp. Then the next day when we checked out, they were extremely helpful with explaining how the bus system worked, where to buy tickets and where we would be picked up.

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr netten freundlichen Personal. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist wirklich schön. Netter Service mit angemessenen Preisen an der Poolbar. Frühstück sehr ausgewogen und lecker es wird auf frische Zutaten geachtet. Parkplätze befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Hotel war super. Schöne, großer, saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal und super Frühstück. Es wurde im Vorfeld auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und wir konnten sogar früher einchecken. Im Hotel kann man sich Schirme und Strandtücher, sowie Strandspielzeug für Kinder ausleihen. Einzig den auf Expedia angepriesenen Kinderspielplatz haben wir nicht gefunden. Es gibt jedoch einen sehr schönen Spielplatz am Hafen.

Schöner Aufenthalt, freundliches Personal. Leider gibt es keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, was den Aufenthalt am Morgen und Mittag unerträglich macht. Es gibt Tische im Schatten. Aber die liegen sind in der prallen Sonne. Eine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen von nassen Handtüchern, Badesachen draußen fehlt leider. Sonst ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. We hadden een kamer met keuken. Tegenover het hotel haalde we elke dag verse broodjes voor het ontbijt. De kamer lag op de 2e verdiepng en had een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon richting zee.
