"The room was very worn. The walls were filthy...suitcase scuffs, general dirt, etc. The one rug in the room had a black area where it got the most traffic. While the towels and bedding were clean, the room as a whole was not great. The bathroom with the tub/shower smelled like sewage. The smell seemed to subside if you ran water down the drain (in fairness, we did not mention the smell until we left)."

"I had to book a room last minute due to issues with another hotel, and the place was great. Staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great, and the ability to store our bags for the day after we checked out was a game changer. "

"The Smartments room was very clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware. Very close to public transportation and the Vienna Central Station. Conveniently located to shopping and great restaurants. Super comfortable and a great value for the price!"

"The room was big enough to allow access from both sides of the bed but was fixed against the wall, not helpful. Items in kitchen area were in very high cupboards that an average woman of 5’ 2” could not reach. A couple of coat hooks in long cupboard by door would have been of benefit. But overall very good. "
