「This hotel is in the middle of nowhere in Ravenna. There are very few restaurants that are in walking distance. There was dental floss on the floor behind the sink area. We stayed 2 nights and the whole time was not removed. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I think this hotel needs to do a lot of upgrades since there will be a lot more cruise passengers coming through in the future.」

「到這個城市就是為到方便到San Marino一天遊，十分鄰近火車站和到San Marino的巴士站。 客房整潔，但被子太薄，只有一張床單作被子，有點冷。 早餐開始時間太晚了，來不及吃早餐就要趕巴士到San Marino。8時是第一班往San Marino巴士開出時間，建議早餐7時開始。」

「Die Mitarbeitende waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für mich lief alles ganz großartig und ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und zeige es auf jeden Fall in Betracht nochmal herzukommen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen auch war auch sehr hochwertig und als ich als Vegetarierin an dem einen Abend keine Option gefunden habe, hatten sie direkt angeboten etwas für mich zu machen und ich hatte kurze Zeit später eine für mich zubereitete Pasta an den den Tisch gebracht bekommen. 「Pros: close to city centre, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Cons: the room/bed was extremely uncomfortable. We both woke up with tons of back pain, it was like sleeping on a pull out couch. I woke up multiple times in the night as the room was also very hot. The room was very dated, although clean. If rooms get updated, I would recommend. Otherwise, I would not return.」
