「Overall this hotel was excellent and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were completely updated, comfortable, modern and quiet. DEFINITELY fantastic compared to what you might expect in the area, and better than many big city hotels, too. The front desk staff were terrific, and the kitchen staff were incredibly accommodating with special requests. 」

「Modern and clean, had a nice partial ocean view from the bed. The bathroom was spotless with a nice large walk in shower complete with overhead rain shower head. Staff were attentive and courteous. Had a drink in the hotel lounge that actually was amazing. Then used the complementary transportation which was a nice Mercedes SUV and the driver was hilarious. We laughed all the way to and from dinner ! Great stay and stress free!」

「For a mid-town hotel it was surprisingly quiet. It was fairly convenient for access to the city. The staff were all very friendly. The king bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when in Portland. 」

「Great location and nice hotel. We wanted a place with a pool and one that was pet friendly and good for families. This was all that. The pool water was too cold and that was the only negative. 」

「The Westin is very conveniently located in downtown Portland. Great harbor view and wonderful staff.」

「Check-in was great. Person at the desk was very helpful and gave me a choice of rooms. That rarely happens. The room was comfortable, soft bed which I like, lots of pillows. It had a tub/shower combo and the tub was a bit narrow. The gripping strips in the bottom of the tub were a bit worn, so I didn't feel completely safe while showering, thus the 4 stars.」
