「Very convenient to Nijigen no Mori, the staffs made us felt so welcomed, and the property is very well maintained. We only stayed one night but I have already decided to book again in my next Awajishima visit, hopefully more people can support them and Nijigen no Mori.」

「The room is very crowded , and noise isolation is poor, can’t even sleep due to the noise from other room and road. Impractical room design, no tv. Since it was rainy day, the balcony is wet, we have to dine inside the room, not worth for this price. 」

「We like the private onsen compartments for family use. We hope that the hotel can further improve their service by sending emails to customers 2 days before the booking about the hotel shuttle, so that the customers would know how to contact and arrange for shuttle bus to the hotel and where to wait for the shuttle to pick them up when they arrive at the bus stations, carrying heavy baggage.」

「若搭飛機到神戶國際機場前來，這裡是最便利的地方，拉著大行李乘機場港灣線的捷運10分鐘內抵達。飯店提供市區免費接駁巴士到新大阪、三宮站；惟從新大阪回飯店，不可中途三宮站下車，需直接回飯店。早餐在30樓風景好，吃起來更美味。」
