「We needed an early check in due to our wedding. It took calling everyday for 3 days to get it approved. The beds are comfortable and room was clean. Upon our departure, there were football team busses blocking at least 20 cars from backing out of parking spot. Had to run around finding someone to move buses. Then police cars were blocking our way out. Being charged for 1 car overnight with a confirmed reservation was also very frustrating.」
