"The isolation is terrible. You can always hear the noice or mobile phone talk or even water drainage any time. The room is quite nice and is spacious. The staffs always give yiu smile face."

"The location's awesome if you're there for an event at the Expo or stadium. There's a subway stop right by the hotel entrance. Convenience store and restaurant are also very close. The staff helped me with a tech issue. They're all super friendly and helpful. I loved that the heating was always on full blast, especially since it was freezing outside. The room's pretty basic, but everything was clean. The only trouble is the shower; you can manage it, but you gotta be careful not to splash water...

"Had a great 3 night stay at OPO. The property seems new or very newly renovated. My room was clean and, again, seemed new or newly renovated. The staff was very kind and professional. Also love the location. My only complaint, and it is a very small one, is that the pillows were quite hard. But I love this place and will stay again when I returned to Brussels."

"Room was spacious, staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast had heaps of options. The only downfall is that the hotel is located close to Gare du Nord station which is a red light area where thieves operate. Highly recommend to take a taxi. Apart from that, the hotel is excellent "
