「We recently stayed at this newer Hyatt property and unfortunately were very underwhelmed. The staff was friendly, which I do appreciate, but the overall cleanliness and experience did not meet the standards I associate with the Hyatt brand. When we entered the room, there were crumbs left on the counters, dust covering the lamps, and even dead bugs on the floor. The walls/floors also seemed very thin because we could clearly hear the people upstairs, and dogs barking early in the morning around...
