Clean basic motel

The hotel is close to Truist Park. The room was clean , air conditioner worked fine, but it was a basic room. Older hotel but good enough.

The staff that checked me in were nice, and I was unexpectedly upgraded to a larger room upon arrival. The room itself needs updating and the blanket on the bed was stained. I encountered a few roaches in the room, and I had the unpleasant task of killing a very large water bug (cockroach). I noticed the next morning that outside the room door were more water bugs.

Amazing! Super kind and compassionate

One of the best and nicest places we have ever stayed at! We had a bad experience at a motel 6 in town and this place made up for it above and beyond. From letting us check in early to get a shower and clean up from feeling dirty from having to stay at the other place. Front desk was beyond nice and understanding.

Rooms are old and dated, but surprisingly quiet that close to the Interstate. A foul odor outside the door was very unpleasant. I think someone had been smoking a joint.

A typical highway motel. Room and towels were clean. Staff were polite and check in was easy. No breakfast but options nearby. Quiet apart from road noise. We arrived late and there were a few people hanging around but they were just smokers not smoking in there rooms. We were there with a 3 year old and had no problems. We’d stay again

The staff are extremely kind and helpful and the best part of this whole experience, especially Bailey, who was so sweet to us. The room was clean but a bit rundown. All of the power outlets were loose and only two of them worked. Not the best hotel experience I've ever had, but far from the worst, and when all was said and done I got a good night's sleep.

Great location, however poorly kept. Grounds were dirty, covered in small trash debris, cigarette butts etc. More than half of the walkway exterior lights were out. Stairwells we're dirty with trash as well. Room was acceptably clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was mostly clean. There were drink stains on the sink counter wall and the bathroom tub caulking was coming loose. TV was barely functional. Most of the channels were scrambled. There was a strong smoke oder that would come and go in the non-smoking room probably with the air conditioning filter. I inquired about it with the desk management who said "we can't help it if people lie" was the response. All nearby hotels were booked up otherwise I would have requested refund and found somewhere else to stay. Would not recommend.

The property is older so it shows some wear & tear; thats to be expected. It wasnt perfect, but it was mosty clean. My only complaint is that the shower didn't work properly. We informed the staff when checking out. They apologized and said they would get it fixed. Speaking of the staff, they could not have been more friendly or accommodating.

We stayed 2 nights for the braves game. The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. My charger wouldn't stay plugged in and would fall out of the wall. Same with the lamps. Not that big of a deal. I will say the walls are pretty thin because the people next to us had a child that whined and cried constantly for our whole weekend and it was pretty annoying. Price was good though and only a $10 uber ride to truist park.

The staff was super friendly, and we had no problems with check in or check out. When we got to a room it appeared clean, but after settling in, we noticed that there were dirty towels still hanging on the shower curtain rod. There was also food left in the fridge from the previous occupants. The people beside us also kept their door open, and had people coming in and out throughout the night. We were not told that there was a connecting door between us and the next room either.

I was having a rough morning that morning because I get to the hotel that I actually had booked and when I pull up people in the parking lot tell me not to stay there.. so I get on Expedia looking for a room that is up to my high standards but not wanting to pay much. I came across the country hearth and read reviews and booked a room immediately. Now check in wasn’t till 2 or 3 pm but I still went ahead over. They got me into a room as soon as i got there. Took all the stress off of me. Staff was awesome.. room was in perfect condition and it’s easy access to the rooms!! Highly recommend this place!
