「Cool guesthouse kind of property. No traditional "front desk" or on site workers but the owners own the restaurant across the street and pizza place downstairs and everyone helps with everything and they are all great. Awesome breakfast in the restaurant and the staff is really helpful and engaging and care. I would totally stay there again. No elevator, and top floor rooms can get kind of toasty in the summer with no ac, but not a big deal for us.」

「The staff were excellent and extremely accommodating. On the other hand- the hotel itself is tired, old, outdated and dirty. To make matters worse, there was a huge horse race (which I wasn’t aware of) and guests there were out of control. 「Room was decent size, they had complimentary waters in the fridge. The walls are very thin you could hear everything from the other rooms and every door that opened and slammed during the night. It’s a bit away from the downtown area. They do have a large parking garage which was easy to park in. Bed was comfortable, and the shower had conditioner. The rooftop bar had amazing drinks.
