「Lovely and very kind staff. Check in earlier, which was very good. Spa and pool area was overcrowded and not so clean. A lot of children jumping and playing. The facilities were not as expected from a 4 star hotel. Saunas were out of order. Had very good dinner and drinks and service though. Some areas of the hotel needed repair. 」

「Very clean! The free breakfast is great with lots of choices - hot and cold. The pool area has lots of chairs, we just didn’t have the time to use it. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but did ask for a couple glasses of wine to take to our room which was no problem. Very easy walk to old town and lots if restaurants. Nice place! Enjoyable stay for us.」

「The hotel’s location was excellent, and both the service and hospitality were very good. We were traveling with children, and they welcomed us very warmly. As mentioned in other reviews, the facilities are somewhat old-fashioned, but they are well maintained. In fact, they matched the atmosphere of the town and felt like something out of a fairy tale. The parking was easy, and it was convenient to walk to the city center. There was no complimentary bottled water, so if you prefer to avoid using...

「It was a good location but the hotel needs some mild TLC. The staff was accommodating but the restaurant staff not so much. I wouldn’t tell anyone to not stay here but to be prepared. I thought as a Hilton chain it would be better maintained」

「Cristi and the new employee that he was training were incredibly nice and helpful. On our departure day he even called a taxi for us. Overalll a wonderful hotel with great service and amazing food in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend.」
