I am shocked and deeply disappointed with my stay at this Hilton. I slipped and fell in the shower because of a serious maintenance issue, and when I reported it, nothing was done for two days. I fell in a Foosh manner hurt my wrist, low-back, and my feet hit the upper bathroom sink. Two days of being ignored after getting hurt in their hotel room! The lack of concern for guest safety and well-being is appalling. I expected care and responsibility, but instead I was treated like my safety didn’t matter. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Hilton, and I would never recommend this property to anyone.
I would like a refund for this property, please advise on the next step.
