A relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel

A very enjoyable stay . Spacious comfortable rooms in a beautiful building . Our room had a lovely view over rooftops to wooded hills . The courtyard restaurant at the back of the hotel is a tranquil relaxing place to eat . We liked it so much we ate there every night .

Excellent Hotel in the Old Citadel

Perfectly located and full of character, situated in a historic building within easy reach of all the main sights, and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. Very nice breakfast and friendly, multi-lingual staff

Excellent location in Hotel with atmosphere

2 nt right off main Sq Hotel had atmosphere as built 1502. Breakfast good outdoor restaurant cool releif from heat. No AC no elevator but fan helped in unseasonaly hot weather. Could not get better location . Suggest ask for separate shower as many rooms had them.

This hotel is nicely located in the old center of Sighisoara, so it's a prime location. You cannot park next to the hotel. You can first walk to the hotel, ask them to open the gate below on the drive up so that you can drop off luggage, but you will have to park your car outside of the old Sighisoara center. This is not the hotel's fault, it's good that they keep cars out of the old center which is on the UNESCO list. The hotel has a nice charm to it. The rooms had a weird lock system, you had to turn only once to the left, and you didn't really have to lock the door when closing it. The rooms are nice and spacious, but there is no airco. We had rooms on the sunny side which got very warm, but the hotel is not very well isolated. The rooms cool off significantly during the night. The breakfast is great with plenty of options. The best part of staying here is that you are directly in the old center when you leave the hotel, surrounded by nice terraces and attractions. It's perfect really. We had a great stay. I didn't had any issues with noise during the stay.

Don't miss this hotel on your visit to Sighisoara

Fantastic location in the middle of the old town, beautifully decorated old building. Super nice staff, and an incredible restaurant to try Transylvanian dishes. The breakfast was also outstanding. I recommend it without hesitation.

A small hotel with a lot of personality :P

I like the hotel because everything was clean, the room was quite big but also the bathroom was decent. The food was very good, but the view was amazing. Sighisoara, is a citadel and was quite awesome to learn about its history, feudal rituals and everything that was built in the past but even today it's still there :P

Good location. Poor attention to your customers

Nice medieval city. I checked in about 21:30h. Attendant was in a hurry to go home. Poor informations. No air conditioned in the room (summer with 40 degrees Celsius).

The room was spacious and in keeping with the expected atmosphere of Sighisora however the trip was ruined by a festival in the adjacent square which included a rock band that played till 11 30.pm. It was very hot while we were there and there was no airconditioning. We couldn't open the window due to the noise outside so both nights we sat in a very hot and loud room. I understand this is a one off but it made our time in Sighisora quite unpleasant.
