"Spa facility is exceptional"

"Had the most wonderful experience, the hotel was lovely and the staff were so kind and thoughtful and professional. We stayed in the room with the half open air bath and it was so relaxing. We booked a private onsen bath and the waters were very soothing. The room itself was beautiful, and very comfortable to sleep in. The banquet breakfast was delicious and so lovingly prepare prepared. But most importantly, the staff were so courteous at every moment and did everything they could to make our stay a great experience. We strongly recommend Togetsutei and look forward to returning one day!"

"Very clean and well located. Just around the corner from train station with good eateries nearby and many sites within walking distance or a train/bus ride away. Rooms are generously sized for Japan standards (didn't feel like a closet). We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. "

We had a couples massage that felt like it shaved ten years off both therapists were fantastic. The thermal pool was beautiful and impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to relax. "Favourite hotel in Japan 10 minute walk from the bamboo Grove and five minute walk to the entrance of the monkey farm Secluded and a patio area to drink tea. We were even given umbrellas for the rain and they held luggage- BEST YET!"
