I had an excellent stay here. The room was extremely clean and well-kept and the amenities provided were thoughtful and convenient. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, it was a comfortable and smooth experience, I’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel is quite new and still looks amazing. Dining room is lovely, onsen is fantastic. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved staying in Kameoka and commuting into Kyoto because after the crowds in Kyoto it was so refreshing to come back to quiet and clean Kameoka. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at! At check in everything was explained to me, how to get to my room, dinning, how to use the communal bath, etc. the kind lady who checked me in spoke fluent English which made things very easy! My room was clean and there are many good tourist spots nearby within walking distance!! I can’t wait to stay here again!!!!!!!
