"The breakfast was lukewarm at best. Eggs, waffles, potatoes were mostly thrown out and instead got some cold cereal and fruit and toast. Third time we have here in the last year and this was disappointing. "

"The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly, I just didn’t enjoy check-in was 4 o’clock, which is rather late, and check out at 11 AM which is average. I just felt for the money we weren’t there very long. We had a hockey game we were seeing which was far from the hotel. Hockey game started at four so we couldn’t check in until about 7 o’clock at night. So Wednesday there again. Would stay somewhere closer to either downtown Ottawa or Canadian tire Center.. It was close to neither. But the room was nice. The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable, but had to pay for parking which you don’t in most other hotels in the middle of nowhere.. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"When I arrived in the room, it was 25 degrees. I contacted the host to resolve the issue. When I returned, I was given instructions on how to turn on the air conditioning. BUT there was no remote control in the room to turn on the system. I notified the host, who replied that he would come NEXT DAY to bring the remote… So I slept in a room at 24.5 degrees without being able to fix the situation. Disturbed sleep… I already have a reservation for next October that I made earlier, but if you expect the service to be the same, please let me know and I will cancel this reservation."
