「I stay at Lithia springs for the beauty of the grounds, in addition to the quiet, the fabulous healing waters and tasteful decor. I have stayed a dozen times over the years. Unfortunately, this time around I was shocked to see the landscape butchered. Shrubs, trees and vines have been massacred by workers who have learned practices that are bad for the health and natural style of the plants.」

「The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.」
