The negatives are that its in a run down area, you must take transport to town. The rooms need updating, and corridors can be noisy. "De wijk waar het in zit is nogal ver de heuvel op, je moet een heel deel over aarde wegen met enorme kuilen, je gaat dus niet ‘s avonds nog even ergens naartoe lopen, sowieso met (bolt) taxi.
