「Great hotel and staff very helpful. We were upgraded and room very comfortable. Pillows a bit hard. Beutiful grounds and golf course Had to pay for use of swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi of £10 each as did not book through Best western hotels direct.」

「Our weekend stay was very good. The staff are very attentive and couldn’t do more for you. The sports facilities , swimming pool, gym, sauna, hot tub and steam room are all in excellent order and well maintained. Dining is exceptional whether it’s Breakfast or Evening Dinner. A really great place to relax in very historic surroundings.」

「We were greeted by friendly and given directions to our room,No 10. On entering our room we found it to be spacious with a ‘huge’ bed. There was tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The en-suite was lovely and spacious with a great shower. The meal we had was excellent and all in all it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.」

「The Belfry is brilliantly well run. The staff are by far the best I've ever met in any hotel in my entire life. Truly brilliant. Friendly, engaging, funny, professional and confident. Proud of where they work and their part in it. Not unctuous just terrific. They should let the managers run the country. And before you dismiss my enthusiasm for the ramblings of someone who doesn't get out. I travel the world always staying at the best hotels. The Belfry was my third that week.」
