「I had an enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I only used the accommodation as I was visiting family and spent my time at their home. The cabin was comfortable and clean, and the location was restful and quiet. I would very much like to stay again when visiting my family.」

「Great hotel some small issues do need to be addressed the taps constantly leaked in the bathrooms we moved rooms when we first arrived as the bathroom taps was leaking we moved to another room and that tap started leaking apart from that no issues staff very attentive and dealt with any issues promptly i would definitely stay again 😀 」

「Me qnd my friend travelled from glasgow and we got there an hour before checkin our room wasnt ready which was fine but staff went above and beyond to get our room ready so we could get in as soon as possible staff were lovely had no issues if ever in Birmingham again would stay again 」

「I am not sure it is my bad luck or what, my check in date is the football match day, the roads are block, my car cann drive to near by area, the car park is closed, the hotel is in a mess with lots of football fans and bear. i have to stop the car far away to walk to the cashier, and ask for check in. And it is crazy noisy and messy as 99.99% are football fans there just after a match. The fans are NOT friendy seeing i am not wear the home football tee like them. I asked the staff when do...
