"We stayed two nights and were in town for Seattle Mariners spring training. Hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Peoria sports complex where the Spring training is held, location is very convenient. Room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Lots of dining options in the neighborhood to walk to. Breakfast your standard hotel breakfast, nothing special, but good. Only negative was the hotel was starting to show its age in certain areas. The carpets were starting to get a little worn, and you could see in the drywall where patches has been made to repair plumbing, and the shower faucet has a leak. Nothing major though, would totally stay again, and would recommend anybody to stay. "

"Elevator was out of service. We were given a room in the 3rd floor. Upon check in, we were not notified about elevator until we attempted to use it. Air conditioner didnt work. Breakfast concisted of granola bars and coffee. Random activities in the parking, E.I: loud music, loitering and smoking. "

"Renovated, very close to Peoria Sports Complex, many, many nearby restaurants, nice staff, decent breakfast, small but nice swimming pool. Overall very good, although small room for a suite."

"Upon arrival the lobby hallways were a mess. The room was shabby with stained carpets hair in bathroom loads of dust. I let them know and they gave 5000 points and sent staff to clean. Unfortunately worn out didn’t clean up. Our beds were terrible the manager took care of us, but the bed was worn out. Can’t get back the poor sleep. Breakfast was ok nice cold water. Super close to Peoria sports complex and many restaurants and target."
