"Not enough room towels provided. Too many all over the grounds. The adult pool is so tiny that fits no more than about 25-30 people. Staff could have been friendlier more pleasant. The amenities are very far from hotel rooms and main pool could use more bartenders. Paid for an ocean view and got palm tree views no ocean on the 2nd floor"

"Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. Entertainment did lack a lot but it was very beautiful and relaxing staff was great our room was great right in front of the beach. The beach was the best part of our trip. "

"This hotel it’s not 4 star hotel ,it’s completely outdated bathrooms clogged shower not working no shampoo the beach was ok but to much outside people and vendors I will not recommend to anyone this hotel , people don’t go there, I paid a lot of money but it’s not worth it find a different hotel my advice would be to go to a different location very old and outdated."

"My stay at the Caribbean Apart Hotel was well worth the money I spent. The hotel staff is amazing and very helpful. The pool was clean and warm, although I did not spend much time around the pool because the beach was close and I travelled outside of Punta Cana a lot, I did appreciate access to a pool. The room was good for the price, did not have any issues at all - the air conditioner and hot running water was the best part. I enjoyed the beautiful sunny walk in the mornings to the Terra Negra Mexican restaurant for a free breakfast - I had the Dominicano breakfast everyday. All colmados and restaurants are close too - walking distance. I have absolutely no complaints! I am definitely going to be staying here again! :)"

"Enjoyed my time staying at Art Villa Hotel! All staff were very friendly and were able to address any needs/concerns. Only drawbacks were that there are no towels provided and the AC didn’t work too well. Other than that it was a great stay."
