Limpio pero paredes manchadas, blower, agua de la bañera con mal olor y me dañó el cabello. Almohadas muy duras. Las mujeres ahí tratan mal a las personas, muy orgullosas. Los hombres todos unos caballeros. Los animadores excelentes y muy hospitalarios y pendientes a los huéspedes. No me gustó que un supervisor de la barra que está por la piscina 2, regañó al bar tender frente a nosotros y él se notó bien abochornado. La comida horrible, mal sazón y de mal aspecto. Una de las muchachas del counter me iba a promocionar algo y cuando me preguntó al ver que yo no sabía de que me estaba hablando me tratò como si yo fuera bruta y fue frente a la gente. Le llamé la atención porque no me gustó. El jefe excelente y todos los demás empleados varones y la nena animadora. Deberían tener más música de merengue etc y plenas. Por lo demás todo regular.

Definitely not as advertised. Charged for use of safe daily which it said it was included. Also didn’t stock anything in rooms even though it said liquor dispensers. Had to beg for water bottles for our room. Leaky ceiling. Food was not good. I’m not sure what most of the meat was. Warm wine at bar. Very small beach area with few chairs. One towel in hotel room for showers. I’m very disappointed.

This place was way better than expected. The room was super nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pools are also very nice—one is in a bit of an odd location and is on the smaller side, but still enjoyable overall. The food honestly exceeded my expectations. I had full plates every day during the five days I stayed. Everything was served hot and well kept. I work in food service, so I was a little nervous after reading some other reviews, but I had no issues at all. The only real downsides were that towels are only changed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and our toilet stopped working a couple of times. That said, maintenance came to fix it immediately each time—before I even had a chance to call. Overall, for the price and what you get, I would definitely book here again.

The food was good. Just not a variety of dining options. We like to dress up and have a nice dinner unfortunately that was not an option. the snack shop and the reservation area are the same. No atmosphere. The nicest area, which is very beautiful and very cozy was catered to family, which is fine but doesn’t make sense. It has the amazing beds but no one can relax or sleep with screaming children around. The staff warmed up eventually, but service is not a reason to stay. They do the minimum and don’t seem happy about even doing that 😕 but maybe that’s just how is is there. Make sure you don’t get a room by the exit door they tend to slam most of the night.

Very disappointing stay. We arrived at 7 AM exhausted and asked for early check-in, even offering to pay extra. The front desk refused to help, even when we asked at 1 PM just to store our bags in just 1 room till they have all 3 rooms ready. My aunts’ room had a broken toilet, a shower that stopped working, and a sink that wouldn’t drain. Staff came a few times but barely tried and never fully fixed anything. We kept reporting the issues, and the front desk either ignored us or said to wait until the next day at 3 PM for a room change. They told us to use a bathroom outside the room after telling them how are my aunts going to use the bathroom and shower … The problems were only fixed after we had to get loud and confront them in front of other guests — only then did they finally take action. Food was decent, drinks were watered down, and the dining staff ignored us often. Overall, terrible customer service and very poor responsiveness. I do not recommend this hotel.
