「Unbelievable service — Florence and the staff made us feel like family, always greeting us by name (and even with hugs!). Our beachfront bungalow was spotless and comfortable with stunning views. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the location right on the beach is perfect. Highly recommend renting a car to explore, but it’s hard to leave this special place. Truly unforgettable!」

「The lady at reception. Can’t remember her name (blonde, curly hair tied back in a ponytail. Pa’paa lady) but she checked me and my family in and out. She made us feel important and comfortable. She delivered great customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Food and ambiance is great and it has met my expectations. 」

「We had the most amazing stay at Moana Sands Lagoon resorts, the property is super clean and well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a much needed relaxing holiday, the staff were so accommodating and friendly, we kayaked over to the island on the left was great fun! breakfast included was nice and just what we needed. we cannot wait to return here thank you 」
