「Very happy with this stay. Lovely apartment in good area. Plenty of restaurants close by along the canals. Tram easy into Central Milan or walk for 25 minutes or so. Good support from company. Felt like somebody available to help via WhatsApp or phone whenever needed. We had a slight problem getting into the building initially, but help was available immediately and all sorted out in minutes. I was probably doing something wrong. One evening shift guy was a bit rude and didn't understand English well but the staff on duty when checking in and out were super welcoming, helpful and kind. 「This property is located beside the canal with lots of dining options nearby. The canal is full of nightlife, but the apartment is very quiet. There is an elevator for easy access. Everyone is extremely helpful. Although you cannot normally drive directly to the door, in the morning you can drive into the walk beside the canal and unload baggage. Taxi can also take you to the front door to load or unload luggage in the morning when traffic is light.」

「We had a great stay at the Casale apartment! The unit is exactly as represented, clean and updated, safe and secure (and great A/C). The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with, they provided some really nice extras to make the stay great. Location is perfect in the heart of Navigli, it's down a side street, a 2 minute walk to the center of everything, a 1 minute walk to a metro station and tram stop just around the corner.
