"It was clean. Always smelled very clean and it had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Two beds and a pullout couch worked well for us! The pool was great too. Was never crowded. Decently close to the Crater of Diamonds! VERY close to I30. And has decent restaurants close by as well as fast food. Walmart wasn’t too far away either. "
