"It was an excellent and comfortable ten-day stay in a well-equipped hotel apartment with a good kitchen and some cooking utensils, and a very high level of security. Transportation was excellent; the taxi stand and metro station were just minutes from the hotel entrance. The hotel reception staff were outstanding and very helpful. They spoke English and were easy to communicate with, readily available to assist with any requests or services we might need. They were friendly and welcoming at any time, 24 hours a day. Room service was excellent, with daily cleaning, changing bed linens and towels every two days, and providing bottled water, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), toilet paper, etc. Overall, this hotel is excellent in every way, and if we return to Istanbul, it will be our first choice, and I highly recommend it."

"I was very confused that I would like the stay or not because of some reason I don’t know, the moment I stepped in the hotel our luxury began, we did not care about anything at all .. fantastic rooms, smiling faces , lovely breakfast, clean, spa was very time friendly. I would high recommend this place , 29 or 25 mins away from sultanamet but worth it, public transport very close like walking , we used taxi because of mummy - very quick service. "
