Stayed 8 nights with child. The Hotel is not for families with children, but for business ppl, tourists and others. Maryama and Hawa done excellence for room cleaning. Reception was amazing, but waiters for dinning restaurant --- some of them where not orientert for customer services. Very restricted for closing breakfast for even families with children All in all, public transport is far but cheap taxis are avaible.

We got a very dirty room with unsafe plugs sticking out in every room. We travel with kids so we rejected the room. The room goven to us after was in better cindition but also poor cleaning. There was an obvious long period of supervisial cleaning prior. Most corners were just disgusting. Other than hygiene, we absolutely enjoyed the view over the city from the 32nd floor. And the room was very spacious. We loved the 360° view and the bathroom windows! The breakfasy is very nice for sure.

Stay away from this hotel

The cleanliness of the hotel is one of the worst i have ever come across, i had to request every time for someone to clean properly, yet throughout the whole stay, only once was it cleaned to an acceptable level. Vaccuming does not seem to exist in this hotel and they do not understand what clean is! The swimming pool is cold, i changed rooms three times and the second room that i was given, the beds were about to break. I will not stay here ever again! Do not recommend, i feel the management and staff are not bothered about the hotel at all!

Hotel was not clean overall, and has been neglected for a long time. furnitures and carpet was very dirty in the room. Window in living room wasn’t closing and we could hear the highway noise all the time. There was nothing in the kitchen to use. We ordered room service dinner and they brought us the food in broken dishes. Location was also bad, it is not walking distance to Istanbul Mall as they advertise. Basically we could not stay in the hotel after the first night and moved to another hotel for the rest of our stay. Very disappointed…

Good but need some improvements ( room furniture dilapidated, kitchen cabinets empty you need to order each item you need and housekeeping not meet 5 start hotel standard ). Also, we try the breakfast buffet and the chef for omelette was mad and not respecting guests orders.
