All the staff were excellent especially Emre who was so helpful, sweet, kind and considerate. They all know how to serve their guests. I would definitely recommend staying here. I loved every minute of my 10days stay at Vess Hotel & Spa. Thank you 😃

Unfortunately I couldn't make the trip due to a serious medical emergency. I informed the hotel before I was due to arrive and asked for a refund. I explained the situation but they advised due to policies they can not refund but if I call they could move my stay. I called and they then said they couldn't just move it but they will offer a discount on next stay. I messaged about this 2 or 3 times with no reply and no further contact from the hotel. Absolutely discussing customer care / service. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. Really heartless attitude considering I explained the medical emergency situation with proof.

Fiquei decepcionada com o hotel, já que ia com algumas expectativas. O hotel teria potencial se fosse bem gerido, o que não me parece o caso. Nota-se algum desleixo e falta de profissionalismo de alguns funcionários, exceto os da recepção que se mostraram muito prestáveis face a situações que eles próprios provavelmente não controlam. Pormenores como falta de limpeza e de brio( a funcionária sentava-se ao telemóvel e a fumar( entrava fumo para o corredor que dava acesso aos quartos);um dia não fizeram qualquer limpeza ao quarto,chuveiro muito irregular,a funcionária do pequeno almoço antipática, sempre ao telemóvel, parecia que estava a fazer um frete sempre que lhe pedíamos algo. O pequeno almoço também é bastante básico, embora suficiente.

The hotel itself was acceptable, but the breakfast was very disappointing. Each day the variety decreased, and the options were very limited. As someone who requires soft food, this was particularly difficult, as the only option available for me was boiled eggs every morning. This greatly reduced the overall enjoyment of my stay. The highlight of the experience was the receptionist, lady who was exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful. Her professionalism made a very positive impression. Overall, while the service at reception was excellent, the hotel would benefit from significantly improving the breakfast quality and variety.

L'accueil, la propreté et le service ont été excellents. Chambre très propre et spacieuse, il manque toutefois un porte manteau dans la salle de bain. 2 points négatifs :1) isolation acoustique : on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors et dans les chambres voisines. 2) la salle de restauration : le matin, il y fait très froid et l'odeur de cigarettes. Il y manque aussi différents fruits. Il devrait être interdit de fumer sur le perron de l'hôtel. Le séjour s'est quand même bien passé.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vess Hotel and Spa in Istanbul, and it was an outstanding experience. Ms. Ayten and Mr. Baran, the staff members, were exceptionally friendly and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to provide excellent service. Their warm and welcoming demeanor truly made my stay unforgettable. What sets this boutique business / leisure hotel apart is the presence of the owner, Mr. Volkan, who was always on-site, actively assisting the staff. His hands-on approach and dedication to supporting his team underscored his strong commitment to the guest experience. Although my interaction with him was brief, his genuine kindness left a lasting impression. The hotel's location is another key advantage. Situated near the modern Istanbul Basin Express, it offers excellent connectivity, with a metro station just a 2-minute walk away and a BIM grocery store only 100 meters from the property. This made exploring the city and accessing amenities incredibly convenient. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Vess Hotel and Spa. The combination of exceptional service, a dedicated owner, and a prime location made it an ideal choice. I will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to Istanbul.
