「We LOVED this hotel!! It is perfectly located between the train station and the Tower of Pisa. (10 minute walk in each direction.) The best was how close it was to shopping and dining. 「Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. 「Beautiful views of Leaning Tower. 5 minute walk to the church and tower. Very festive street but not crazy bars. Great dining and views from the roof and street. Very clean. The host who checked us in was absolutely fantastic. Only had reserved for a night but had we known we would have booked longer. My only criticism is the halls were very dark. Anyone staying here would not be dissatisfied. 」
