Incredible value for money considering the location with a picture postcard view of the tower. Despite this, it wasn’t noisy and felt very peaceful at night. Room was a decent size and very clean. Modern decor without feeling too sterile. Gentleman at check in was very friendly and helpful.

To get the negatives out the way, we were expecting a complimentary drink on arrival with our member benefits. This turned out to be two cans of coca cola in a mini fridge (probably making a worse first impression than if we'd just not been offered a drink at all). No breakfast - that's fine - but we were disappointed that there wasn't even free coffee in the morning (the coffee machine we'd seen the night before was roped off/unavailable in the AM). Clean modern room, slightly dusty. Lovely staff. Overall it must be a spectacular place to stay IF you get a room with a view over the tower, but with a standard room and courtyard view, this place is only slightly above average and not quite as superb as the current ratings suggest.

The hotel is very cute. Can’t get any closer fo the tower. We had an issue with our booking first night but they did everything to ensure we we had another room for the night and the original room booked from the next day which had the most beautiful view. I’d definitely come back. The reception staff were all very lovely too. Thank you!

The location of this hotel could not be better. I had a clear look at the leaning tower right outside my bedroom window. It was a suite with two separate rooms so there was plenty of room. It had multiple televisions if you’re into that. Some water, coffee and snacks were complementary, which was a nice touch. No problems with the bathroom. As far as downsides, the number one thing would be that the bed was quite hard. It was painful to sleep on it after a length of time. Also the HVAC was a little difficult to operate, and I did require a tutorial from the staff. But overall it was OK. Also, this hotel does not include breakfast with the room purchase which is a major downer. But I would say those are the only real downsides. In general, this is a lovely place with mind blowing views and I would strongly consider staying there again if I was in Pisa.

Perfect location with an incredible view of the leaning tower of Pisa. So impressed with the sound proof windows, let me tell you it was very loud and busy outside starting early morning until late. When you close the window you can’t hear a thing, it’s incredible. The room was very clean and had wonderful facilities, the toiletries were a lovely touch. We explored a lot of the city and can’t think of a better place to stay. Once the breakfast is up and running this will be a perfect hotel, we will definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.
