「Excellent」

「旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。」

「The room was beautiful, loved the wood decor and white washed stone walls. It was spotlessly clean, modern bathroom with zero mould. Room had coffee machine, robe + slippers, toothbrush, soap, lotion, shampoo, clothes steamer. Room well sound-proofed, never heard any of the other guests. Location was excellent, near old town, castle, Basilica, port, beach, restaurants. It was a 20 minute walk from train station.」

「Posizione comodissima a due passi dalla stazione di taxi, dal mare e dal centro. Unica pecca, il rumore della movida notturna ma constatato che è una costante se si soggiorna in un appartamento in centro, ovunque esso sia quindi da mettere in conto. Appartamento pulito, con tutto il necessario. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente 」

「My stay at Luces de Catedral was satisfactory. The location is perfect, walkable to all the attractions of town and great viarity of good resturant/bars/cafes, and it is very accesible for uber as well. We payed an extra fee for breakfast and thought it was very worth it. If you include breakfast the cafe is right next door, they offer an specific menu with 3 different options which you can choose from, from a light breakfast to fuller breakfast option. The food was really good and the service...

「This was just as advertised. Clean, confortable. A place to sleep. Chairs to sit on. Safe entry and exit. Hot and cold water. Near transportation, shopping, beach, and restaurants. Wi-Fi. No frills but no unpleasant surprises.」

「What a great hotel, superbly located in the old part of the city, and just 5 mins from the beach, but beautifully quiet at night! Great friendly, relaxed-but on-it and helpful staff. Roof terrace bar currently closed, but available to sit out on (collect your v reasonably-priced drinks at reception. Great views and the last of the daily sunshine. Breakfast was varied and good value …and fab bean to cup turbo-charged-strength coffee machine…and a normal one too! I’d VERY happily stay here...
