「We were so comfortable staying in this beautiful apartment hotel. The suite was spacious and well appointed. So cool that this is converted palace. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Lovely shower and fluffy towels. The location was really good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alicante」

「We received a wonderfully warm welcome to the hotel from professional and attentive staff. We were on holiday to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Overral the stuff was nice and helpfull Except for the arrival date. 「Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us.
