Head even farther southeast and discover incredible Lake Texoma, straddling the border with Texas. This enormous body of water draws many nature lovers to its banks each year. The countryside north of Ardmore is also a treasure trove of natural delights. Hike the peaks of the Arbuckle Mountains, dive into natural swimming holes at Turner Falls Park and enjoy nature as you relax on the banks of Lake of the Arbuckles at Chickasaw National Recreation Area.
