「The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even with the chaos of several 12-year-olds running around, which I definitely appreciated. They handled everything with patience and a positive attitude. That said, the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement. When we arrived, there was hair in the bathroom sink and dried contacts left on the nightstand, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our stay.」

「It was not a clean room, funky smell, mirror had toothpaste splatters, black hairs in the shower, hole in the bathroom door. It wasn’t the worst, but it wasn’t the best. I couldn’t do anything about it because we got there at 11pm. Just not ideal when coming in so tired and ready to have a clean space to be」

「Somethings wrong with the plumbing in that building toilets don’t flash had to work on the shower for 10 minutes before I can get the showerhead to work walls paper thin that was upstairs downstairs was a little better last time I stayed」
