Coastal Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Two bathrooms on one hotel room!! Brilliant!! A fully appointed kitchen, granted mostly basics, but very useful appliances. It was clean, cute, and very functional. My only frustration was I wish I had known there would be stairs to our accomodations. One of my party just had hip replacement surgery. The pictures and descriptions were not clear on that. We didn't know until we got there. I would have been stuck with a bill and still not had a place for her to stay. The owners were very kind and did try to help. I was still overall happy. I did have to pay for another room in a different city. But I should have asked if there were stairs."

Hotel Frankfort & Restaurant

8/10 Good

"The hotel was great, we just chose a bad room. We had room 101 with a sauna, hot tub, and king bed. However, the sauna was down a set of very skinny and dark spiral staircase. The light for that area was downstairs, so you have to go down in the dark. The only seating in the main area is a small metal chair or the bed. The bathroom...the toilet is in a cubby no bigger than an airplane bathroom, the shower head does not move and there is no hand held one to help rinse. The town must be soft water or the hotel uses a water softener. It took me at least 15 minutes to wash, condition and rinse my hair. The staff was wonderful, the location is perfect, we will pick a different room the next time!"

Bay Port Lodging

10/10 Excellent

"The room, and building were just as I had expected. To some there is always room to sweep up here, polish there. They might enjoy their stay, or not stay at all. For me, it was just perfect . Location, quiet, clean, convenient. All good. James and his coworker (never got her name, shame on me) were very helpful and welcoming. Would come back, and will recommend."

Crystal Lake Resort

8/10 Good

"The room was very clean and even smelled nice. The parking is tight. They have their own private beach which was very nice. The owner told us about her restaurant in town to visit but did not offer the guest a discount nor did she mention that they do not serve breakfast, even when we told her the next morning that we were headed there to eat! Not overly friendly owner, but nice place to stay."
