"The water in the shower was barely warm. Bathroom door room #413 has a LOUD hinge squeak. No one at the desk when we left to talk too. Room was great otherwise. Clean and quiet. "

"I got in late around 12:30am so I wasn't able to check out the gym or anything. I was very shocked that they didn't have any staff on duty at night. They had a kiosk machine that you pressed a button to connect to someone. Most likely overseas. I understand they're trying to save money but this is taking away from American jobs!!! Room was clean & nice. The bed and pillows were AWFUL! The bed was so stiff. Pillows were so flat, they only give you two pillows. I woke up and my back was killing me. I couldn't wait to get home and put some heat on my back and take a Tylenol. I don't recommend this hotel at all. "

"Its alright for an overnight stay, just a little dated. Breakfast not a lot to choose from. Only one ice machine for the whole building. Jetted tubs do not work so don't request this type of room."

"The staff were very polite and welcoming, and I appreciated their kindness during my stay. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the property, and there were people smoking drugs around the hotel, which made the environment uncomfortable and the odor even worse. Saw two police officers in the hotel investigating something. The room itself was very small, and basic amenities were lacking. There wasn’t enough shampoo or soap provided. While the staff were great, the cleanliness, smell, and surrounding environment made the stay far from ideal."
