「The Meliá was an absolutely beautiful hotel; if I ever stay in Madrid again, I would choose the Melia. Wonderful staff, room and breakfast buffet. *I was not happy with the shuttle upon arriving in Madrid; the driver was not at all helpful to the guests. However, the hotel was so clean and comfortable, I cannot say enough.」

「It was an okay-ish stay. The place seemed was built with grandeur in mind but they haven't given it the proper upkeep recently. The thermostat was broken, the restroom's trashcan was broken; toiletries were what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. It was, however,very close from the airport and they provided a free shuttle. So it can be very efficient if you don't care too much about details and just want a place to crash for a couple of hours and take a basic shower.」
