"We’ve stayed here many times with our dog as they are pet friendly. (Although the new $150 pet cleaning fee , on top of the nightly pet fee is a bit much) It’s in a great location walkable to 5th ave. It’s a little bit dated and the elevators are a little slow but it’s priced appropriately and it’s a great little spot for the cost."

"The parking was valet, which was very nice. They probably is I felt I had to pay him every time I got my car and every time I turn my car in, which was at least four times a day. A bigger problem we had was there was construction going on the hotel side. The construction was right outside our window and was very loud at times. The worst of all was that the swimming pool was not open my concern is that had no time in the process of booking. Did anyone say anything about having construction or that the swimming pool would not be open. If I hadn't known about this problem, I would not have booked at this resort because of the cost of this stay, I think I should be compensated for not being told that this construction and the pool would not be open."
