「Sehr sauberes, geräumiges und gut isoliertes Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet klein aber vollkommen ausreichend und die Lunchpakete reichhaltig gefüllt. Durch den kostenfreien Parkplatz konnte man das Mietauto sicher abstellen ohne lange suchen zu müssen. Zu Fuß waren es ca. 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Wir würden wiederkommen.」

「Had a great stay at this property. Suite had 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, balcony, kitchen, living and eating area. Property was clean and well maintained, including pool, sauna and hot tub. Check in and check out were smooth, breakfast included each day, and was very good. Convenient location and parking also easy in the garage. Staff also very friendly and professional. Would stay again.」

「Sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit Innen- und Außenpool, Sauna, Fitnessraum, Bar und Restaurant. Alle Mitarbeiter waren zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko, wofür das Hotel allerdings nichts kann, ist die Lage bzw. Umgebung. Wenn man immer mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist, wird man davon nichts mitbekommen. Wenn man aber gern zu Fuß unterwegs ist und ins Zentrum von Ponta Delgada möchte, muss man unweigerlich eine Straße entlang laufen, die als etwas unsicher...

「Raquel and the team are incredible! They corrected issues and errors expeditiously. The team took the time to acknowledge my friend and I celebrating our milestone birthday with a surprise. I literally called the front desk at any hour for help, thanks Jon, even arranging taxi rides when uber and bolt wouldn’t pick me up. It’s in the center of town. 「The property and hotel are situated close to the beach and Sunset Grill restaurant. It was clean and modern! The breakfast is delicious and brought to your room every morning. The staff was very helpful and provided information on itineraries for the day or suggestions on what to do! We had a stress-free and vacation because we had such a wonderful place to relax at the end of a busy day touring the island.」

「Nicole, Aidlia, Nathalia, Rodrigo, Miguel displayed passion i envied. There was nothing too much to ask. The same for the breakfast show kitchen Chef with the goatie beard navigating the demands for all sort of fancy egg diahes. I am particularly amazed by his attention to detail and multi tasking skills. Well trained i thought! That required focus, and a great amount of love for the job. The passion for their job was evident. For their island! We love that! The hotel is a beautiful wonder....
