「We didn’t stay. We took at look at property and room and said we were not staying. The pool was empty. People sitting outside room no shoes or shirts just shirts. Homeless all around. Had to body slam to look at room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Ac button taped over. Room super hot. No phone in room in case of problems or emergency. That’s a red flag. Absolutely didn’t feel safe.」

「Las sábanas estaban manchadas,el piso sucio,los socalos d los cuartos y los baños sucios,me tuve q cambiar d habitación 3 veces,porque había una puerta del baño sin cerradura,la fornitura estaba en mal estado y las personas q estaban en los otros cuartos viven ahi con perros y gatos,cuando las mascotas no estan permitidas ni fumar y las personas era lo mas q hacian fumar cigarrillo y marihuana..,las escaleras estaban asquerosas con peste a orines,no nos trajeron otras toallas,llamamos para q nos...

「Everything was terrible, from the place itself to the staff. There was no cleanliness; the rooms were dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke. There were only two towels per room, the amenities didn't work, and the staff provided terrible service with absolutely no friendliness. I do not recommend this place at all; there are better options out there.」

「The hotel room was huge, super clean, and gorgeous. The shower was one of the best ever and the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel all smelled amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful as the property is huge.」

「Upon arriving, the trash in the room was full from the previous guest. We had clean sheets and towels though. Staff was ok. We had an older gentleman check us in the first night and he laughed when he saw how long we were staying and asked “what could you possibly be doing HERE for that many days?” We also needed a way to freeze ice packs for my son’s insulin and when asked about storing the ice packs in their freezer, the same gentleman gave my husband an attitude like it was an inconvenience....
